By accessing this website, joining our Discord server, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. "We", "us" and "our" mean The Hobby Hangout LLC.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a membership or trade.
• You are responsible for your Discord, Whop and other accounts and all activity under them.
• We may suspend or remove access to the community at our discretion for rule violations, fraud, or behavior that harms members.
• Discord and Whop are third-party services with their own terms and policies, which also apply to you.
• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

What we collect. Information you submit through our forms (such as name, email, phone number, Discord and Whop usernames, social media handles, and messages), and basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited).

How we use it. To review verification applications, answer support tickets, operate and secure the community, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and community (hosting, payments via Whop, Discord), or when required by law.

Retention & security. We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is 100% secure.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of certain processing. Contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

• Memberships are sold and billed through Whop on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
• Verification fees are paid per tier and are non-refundable once an application has been reviewed.

Trades, sales and deals between members are made directly between those members. The Hobby Hangout LLC is not a party to member transactions and does not own, inspect or guarantee any item listed.

• Follow all server rules posted in Discord. Harassment, scams, counterfeit items and illegal activity are prohibited.
• Verified status, roles, and any seller protection or insurance programs are offered at our discretion, subject to their own eligibility rules, and may be changed or revoked.
• Giveaways are subject to their posted rules and applicable law; void where prohibited.

Our website and community are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice; card values can go up or down.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hobby Hangout LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions between members. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify The Hobby Hangout LLC against claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the parties submit to the courts located in New York.

All trademarks, team names and logos of third parties belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with Discord, Whop, or any league or card manufacturer.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to make the site work. Embedded content, such as Instagram posts, may set its own cookies under that provider's policy. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
